A graduate of Yale University and the University of Connecticut School of Law, Attorney Serrano argues cases before the Connecticut Supreme and Appellate Courts and tries civil and criminal cases in Connecticut Superior Court, U.S. District Court and Bankruptcy Court.
Born in Portugal, Attorney Serrano immigrated to the United States by ocean liner in 1960. He speaks Portuguese and Spanish.
Attorney Serrano established the law firm of Serrano & Serrano, LLC in 1994 with Gabriel R. Serrano, Esquire, a 1991 graduate of Hofstra Law School.
