Directions

From Manchester, Westbound on I-84:

1.  Stay on I-84 into Hartford.   (Do not take the Charter Oak Bridge left hand exit.)  Take Exit 54 (Downtown) over the Founders Bridge into Hartford.

2.  At the end of the ramp, turn left onto Columbus Boulevard.

3.  Turn the 2nd right onto Arch Street.

4.  At the 2nd traffic light, turn left onto Main Street.

5.  Go to the next traffic light. The Federal Building is on the left.

From Farmington, Eastbound on I-84:

1.  Take Exit 48B (Capitol Avenue), bearing right.

2.  At end of ramp, turn left onto Capitol Avenue.

3.  Follow Capitol Avenue 1/2 mile to end and take left onto Main Street.  The Federal Building is on the right.

From Enfield, Southbound on I-91:

1.  Take Exit 29A (Capitol Area) onto the Whitehead Highway

2.  Take the 2nd exit (Prospect Street).

3.  At the end of the exit, go straight through the traffic light onto Arch Street.

4.  At the 1st traffic light, turn left onto Main Street.

5.  Go to the next traffic light. The Federal Building is on the left.

Parking:

    There is a public parking lot on Linden Place, which is a small street directly across from the front of the Federal Building.  There is also meter parking on Main Street (although not in front of the building) and the surrounding streets - bring quarters.

From Waterbury, Southbound on Route 8:

  1.  Take Exit 22 (Route 67, New Haven Road).

  2.  At the end of the ramp, turn left onto New Haven Road, Route 67 eastbound.

  3.  Go 4 miles and turn right onto Amity Road, Route 63.

  4.  Go 5 miles, stay on Route 63, which turns into Whalley Avenue.

  5.  Go 1 mile, Whalley Avenue turns into Broadway.

  6.  Merge straight onto Elm Street.

  7.  Go 4 blocks and at the middle of the New Haven Green (on the right) turn right onto Temple Street.

  8.  Take the 1st left onto Chapel Street.

  9.  Take the 1st left onto Church Street.  At the 1st light you will be in front of 157 Church Street (One Financial Center), across from the New Haven Green, where the Bankruptcy Court is located on the 19th floor.

  For the 341 Meeting of Creditors with the Trustee:

  10.  At the next intersection, turn right onto Elm Street.

  11.  At the next intersection, turn right onto Orange Street.

  12.  Go 1 block.  The Giaimo Building is on the right across from Court Street.  (The building is behind One Financial Center.)

From Meriden, Southbound on I-91:

  1.  Take Exit 3 (Trumbull Street) moving to the left lane on the ramp.

  2.  At the end of the ramp, turn left onto Orange Street.

  3.  Go 5 blocks. The Giaimo Building (where the 341 Meeting of Creditors with the Trustee is held) is on the right across from Court Street.

  To get to the Bankruptcy Court:

  4.  Instead of turning onto Court Street, stay on Orange Street, go to the first light and turn right onto Chapel Street.

  5.  Turn right at the first light onto Church Street.

  6.  At the 1st light you will be in front of 157 Church Street (One Financial Center), across from the New Haven Green, where the Bankruptcy Court is located on the 19th floor.  (The building is behind the Giaimo Building.)

From Danbury, Eastbound on I-84:

  1.  Take Exit 11 (Route 34) toward New Haven.

  2.  Turn right onto Mile Hill Road.

  3.  Turn right onto Berkshire Road, Route 34.

  4.  Turn right onto Roosevelt Drive, Route 34.

  5.  Turn right onto Ella Grasso Blvd., Route 34 / Route 10.

  6.  Turn left onto Legion Avenue, Route 34.

  7.  Legion Ave. turns into South Frontage Road.

  8.  Turn left onto Church Street.

  9.  At the 4th light you will be in front of 157 Church Street (One Financial Center), across from the New Haven Green, where the Bankruptcy Court is located on the 19th floor.

  For the 341 Meeting of Creditors with the Trustee:

 10.  At the next intersection, turn right onto Elm Street.

 11.  At the next intersection, turn right onto Orange Street.

From Bridgeport, Northbound on I-95:

  1.  Take Exit 47 (Route 34 Connector).  This is a left-hand exit just before I-95 merges with I-91.

  2.  On the Route 34 Connector, move to the far right and take Exit 1 (RR Station / Coliseum).

  3.  At end of ramp, turn right at the light onto Church Street.

  4.  At the 4th light you will be in front of 157 Church Street (One Financial Center), across from the New Haven Green, where the Bankruptcy Court is located on the 19th floor.

  5.  At the next intersection, turn right onto Elm Street.
